Tal is a seasoned venture capital professional with over 15 years of operational experience in technology-driven organizations and leading law firms.

As VP Operations & Investor Relations at Grove Ventures, he oversees the firm’s day-to-day activities, directs its fundraising efforts, and cultivates strong relationships with a global network of investors.

By directing the fund’s core initiatives with a hands-on approach, he actively drives value creation for portfolio companies. Drawing on business operations, legal, and strategic expertise, he delivers meaningful outcomes for both Grove Ventures and the startups it backs. Leveraging data-driven insights and planning, he manages fund operations, maintains transparent communications with limited partners, and advises portfolio companies on go-to-market, fundraising, and partnership initiatives – ensuring a tangible impact for founders and the broader portfolio.

An MBA graduate of Tel Aviv University and IE Business School, with a BA in Law and Business from Reichman University, he is deeply committed to shaping the fund’s next generation of tech success stories.
