Shir Edman

Shir Edman, a dedicated professional with a strong background in military intelligence, serves as the Personal Assistant to Lotan Levkowitz, General Partner at Grove Ventures. In her role, she manages communications and engagements while directly supporting Lotan’s portfolio founders. Shir also plays a crucial part in the due diligence process, helping to evaluate potential his investment opportunities.

Before joining Grove Ventures, Shir served in the IDF’s Intelligence Unit 81, where she completed her military service as a Major in the reserves. She studied International Relations and Government during her tenure, equipping her with a unique perspective on strategic decision-making.

Within her professional responsibilities, Shir is a pillar of support for the fund’s operations and welfare initiatives. In her free time, she is a passionate Pilates instructor and a devoted Star Wars fan, enjoying movie nights and walks with her dog, Chewie.
