Neta Geva

Neta is an experienced HR leader specializing in talent acquisition and organizational development in tech. She began her career in the IDF as a psychotechnical evaluator, earning recognition as an outstanding soldier, and later graduated with Honors in Psychology and Criminology.

She started in recruitment agencies, focusing on tech talent, before joining the R&D center of a major U.S. tech company, where she doubled the Israeli branch’s size as its sole recruiter. She then became one of the first employees at an Israeli startup, playing a key role in its growth and two U.S. acquisitions. Neta played a central role in both the due diligence and integration processes. In addition to building and scaling R&D teams, she gained extensive experience recruiting GTM and sales talent globally, supporting the company’s commercial growth across multiple regions.

At Grove Ventures, Neta combines her passion for people with a deep understanding of tech and business talent, helping entrepreneurs build strong, scalable teams. She believes people are the driving force behind any successful venture.

Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, painting, camping, and tackling every sudoku and crossword she finds.
