TriEye Raises $3M Seed Financing

Israeli semiconductor startup TriEye has raised $3 million in a seed financing round led by VC Grove Ventures, a top Israeli venture capital fund. The Tel Aviv-based company develops short-wave infrared (SWIR) imaging technology to enhance visibility for autonomous vehicles in challenging conditions like darkness, rain, and fog. TriEye’s technology allows vehicles to “see” better under limited visibility, improving safety and reliability. The startup was founded in 2017 and is chaired by Dov Moran, the co-founder and former CEO of M-Systems, known for inventing the USB flash drive, which was later acquired by SanDisk.
