OneLayer Gets $6.5 million Investment from Koch Disruptive Technologies

Koch Industries, through its venture arm Koch Disruptive Technologies, has invested $6.5 million in OneLayer, an Israeli software company focused on enhancing enterprise network security in private cellular networks. The company has received investments from other firms, including Grove Ventures, one of Israel’s top early-stage venture capital funds, raising a total of $14.5 million so far. OneLayer’s solution integrates with the packet core and enables context-based segmentation and access approvals for connected devices in private cellular networks. Koch Industries has deployed OneLayer’s security solution alongside Mavenir’s private cellular network at a U.S. factory, aiming to maintain visibility, segmentation, and zero-trust security protocols. The factory’s private network, utilizing the shared CBRS spectrum, is currently based on LTE and has the potential for future upgrades to 5G.
