Grove Ventures‘ General Partner Lior Handelsman spoke with Calcalist on how 2024’s increase in IPO activity might affect tech companies and startups.
After the massive round of IPOs of Israeli companies back in 2021, with the current political and economic climate, there has been a prolonged period of silence. This raises many questions, such as when the window of opportunity will be opened, what should Israeli companies learn from the previous wave of IPOs, and even which companies should be followed closely.
‘In the global market, we are starting to see an increase in IPOs after a relatively quiet period, and there is a progressively heated discussion about which will be the next companies to have a successful IPO’ says Lior.
