Shavot: Empowering Girls to Lead, Innovate, and Succeed

Shavot is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that young girls recognize their full potential, build confidence, and gain the tools to turn their dreams into reality. With programs running in over 25 cities across Israel, Shavot is actively shaping a future where more girls see themselves as leaders, innovators, and changemakers in fields like technology, business, and science.

Encouraging More Women to Step Into Leadership Roles

During her speech, Renana emphasized the importance of representation, mentorship, and resilience in pursuing leadership roles—especially in industries where women remain underrepresented. What is more, she encouraged the young women in attendance to be bold, take risks, and embrace opportunities that push them beyond their comfort zones.
