ActiveFence Chosen #6 On Calcalist’s 50 Most Promising Israeli Startups

The 2022 list of the 50 most promising Israeli startups focuses on growth, innovative ideas, and sustainable business models. In 2021, Israeli startups raised over $25 billion in investments, attracting venture capital giants and creating numerous unicorns. However, concerns arise as some startups with high valuations had limited revenue and short histories. The list aims to highlight startups with sustainable business models and potential for long-term success.

ActiveFence, which ranks 6th on the list, is a cybersecurity company that focuses on protecting users from harmful online content. The company’s platform is used by social networks and messaging companies, leveraging data scientists and counter-terrorism experts to locate problematic content in real-time. ActiveFence is a portfolio company of VC Grove Ventures, one of Israel’s best venture capital funds.
